How we handle your information

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, email address, street address, and the details you give us about your home and the lights you want. We also record the date and the internet address (IP) the request came from, to help us stop spam.

If you call, text or email us, we keep those messages so we can reply and schedule your work.

How we use it

We use your information to prepare your quote, contact you about it, and schedule and carry out the work. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t share it with anyone except the services that help us run the business, listed below.

Services we use

Quote requests are stored on our own server and emailed to us through Resend, an email delivery service. Our email is hosted by Microsoft 365 through GoDaddy. The website is delivered through Cloudflare, which protects it from attacks.

We use Google Ads and Google Analytics to understand how people find and use this site and to measure whether our ads work. These services use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, the ad you clicked to get here, and whether you requested a quote or tapped our phone number. When you submit a quote request, your email address and phone number are sent to Google in a scrambled (hashed) form so Google can match the request to an ad click. Google may also use this information to show our ads to people who have visited our site.

Your choices

You can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s opt-out add-on for Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The site works without cookies.
